Payment Methods and Security:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Checks, Bank Transfers and PayPal payments. Our cards and payment processor is PayPal with their proven security measures that guarantee you peace of mind on the safety of your transactions with us.

Shipping and Delivery:
We make every effort to deliver your shipment as quickly as possible. Generally we will ship your order within a day of receiving your confirmed order. However, due to high sales volumes, there may be situations whereby the product you ordered is out of stock. In such situations, we will contact and inform you of the wait period and when you can expect delivery.

Standard Shipping can take between 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday). Any order made after 3.00pm will not be processed until the next working day.

Free delivery is available for orders within the UK.  For all orders outside the UK please contact us for shipping charges.

Returns Policy:
Should you be wish to return a non-faulty item, we operate a 5 day return policy.  We must be informed by email that you require to return the product and we will issue you with a refund code and the return address which the product must be sent to.  We will not refund shipping and handling charges and the customer is responsible for the fees to ship the product back to us.  The product must be returned by recorded delivery and clearly labelled with you name, order number and refund number.

The total cost for shipping and handling is £10.00. This charge will be deducted from the refund total.

Product Warranty:
All our products carry a two year warranty on factory faults unless explicitly stated otherwise. The must be returned in it original condition and show no signs of being tampered with.
